We have had a really busy week. We have got started in our writing books. We have been learning to start our ideas with a capital letter and finish them with a full stop.
On Tuesday we made popcorn. It was really yummy. Mr D left the lid of and we thought it looked like a popcorn volcano, or a waterfall or a popcorn shower. Here are all our great ideas.
We have been learning to write the letter "a", "c" and "o". Here is how we practise our letters. We can practise these at home.
For maths, we have been doing some more sorting. We are trying to find different ways of grouping objects. This time we used the people counters. You can see how we grouped them by looking at the tick sheet in the photo.
We also collected some information about how many people we have in our families. We put them in a circle to make a pie graph.
Check out our class rules that we came up with. Everyone is trying really hard to make our class a great place to be.
