23/04/12 What's Going on in BD Class?
Welcome back to school everyone! It was so nice to see everyone's smiling faces at school today. We started the day with a powhiri for all of our new children and their families.
We did maths after that. Mr D was amazed with the "Circles" group because they were learning to read and write numbers up to a million!
We did some more Letterland work looking at the long "u" sound. This sound is a little more tricky.

For writing today, we wrote about our holidays. But we tried to make it really exciting by using great Red Hot Chilli words and ideas.
Mr D taught us a cool new song today. It is about what to do if someone is being mean to you. We really like it.

Boo Bass and other fun stuff.
Hi Guys,
During the holidays I found these really cool music remixes from Disney movies. I reckon they are really awesome. See what you think then write a comment below.
